Lunch & Learn

Champaign County Lunch and Learn
The Chamber’s Lunch & Learn program was formed in 2015 and offers area business professionals the opportunity to learn ways to improve their organization during a concise lunchtime presentation. Attendees learn ways to maximize the operational aspects of their business, guide their own personal development, and encourage new efficiencies in the workplace through a variety of topics and speakers.

Presentations have included information on social media strategy for small enterprises, team building and conflict resolution in the workplace, and workforce development partnerships for veterans. An annual economic development review is provided by Marcia Bailey, executive director of the Champaign Economic Partnership.

Lunch & Learn programming is guided by the Lunch & Learn steering committee: Bryan Boyer, CT Communications; Ty Henderson, Champaign County Library; Larry Krugh, Krugh Insurance Agency; and Joe LaVelle, CT Communications.

The 2017-2018 program is sponsored by Vancrest of Urbana.
